PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND AGREEMENTS:
Membership continues on an ongoing monthly basis for a minimum of 3 months. Start anytime, because one month of membership lasts from one payment date to the next, i.e., Sept 14 to Oct 14.
* Unused classes do not roll over from one month to the next. One month lasts from one payment date to the next.
** Discounts are not automatically applied; please request one in person when registering for a workshop or course.
*** Full-time university/college students receive 15% off with valid student ID presented at time of enrollment.
Your membership fee is due once monthly as per your contract start date, charged via client-authorized automatic credit card payments. After the first 3 months of your contract, Community of Hearts Yoga reserves the right to change the membership fee charged under this agreement, with one month prior notice before taking effect.
After the initial 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel or switch your membership by email only to email@example.com. This ensures that a manager can authorize and confirm the change. Cancellations and changes require 14 days’ notice. Memberships cannot be reassigned and are not transferable. Your membership will continue indefinitely until you request cancellation.
After the initial 3-month minimum commitment, you may place your membership on hold twice per year for a maximum of 3 months. Hold requests must be made by email only to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 14 days prior to the requested hold period. Requests made after the fact will not be honoured.
Please update us when your credit card details change. You will be notiﬁed by email if your credit card payment fails to authorize for any reason, and a $10 late fee will apply if you do not provide valid credit card information within 7 calendar days of the original rejection date. If your payment is more than 30 calendar days late, your membership will be deactivated.
